               ■ ORDER PROCESSING 

Our orders are meticulously processed from various locations, including Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, and our trusted partner warehouses in Asia.

                   ■ DISPATCHED/SHIPPING 

Orders are dispatched between 2 to 6 days after payment is made. Please note that it may increase up to 10 days; During holidays, Black Friday, Christmas, and when we are experiencing high volume of orders 

Shipping charges 

International order and all other items purchases incur shipping charges and it is calculated and displayed at checkout. 

                             ■ DELIVERY 

Estimated delivery time is usually between 8 to 20 days depending on the shipping method  that you selected at  checkout and it may take a little longer due to logistics problems such as customs control, bad weather e.t.c. Please be patient.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However if you received your order damaged or lost, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team within 24 hours to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and we will surely do our best to help you. 

                        ■ TRACKING 

When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking information (code) in the contact you provided to us so you can monitor your order till it get to you. 

          ■ CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES! 

 Honestly we can not guarantee the exact delivery time due to custom clearing time in different countries that we ship to. Peggyton is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. 

 

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). By using our service, Customers agree to take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

 Please NOTE!  according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

 If your credit card account is in a currency other than Euros, the exchange price may not be exactly the one marked on our website, depending on the quote of each bank. It may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee.
