We will check the products before shipment to make sure you receiving the parcel with great expectation! There may be a slight color difference & measurement tolerance due to the light & hand measuring!
We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to decide on keeping your long awaited items or request a return.
NOTE: We will not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused / washed, stain-free (including makeup), pet-free, and odor-free (including perfumes) and it must be in its original packaging.

DAMAGING AND WRONG ITEM ISSUES
Unfortunately there will always be human error in every aspect of life so for this acknowledgement, Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, our only responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one. Note: If you don't provide evidence of the defects or damaged items Within the specified period of time, you will not receive a new shipment of the product or gift voucher.

1. Both worn and unworn earrings and nose rings are final sale and cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.
2. We hope you understand that we can not accept any engraved or personalised product with initials or personalised items in any form.
3. We can not refund payment for gift cards.

RETURN SHIPPING EXPENSES or COST
- If the return is caused by the costumer such as choosing the wrong size or because you saw something more appealing to you, you should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. In order to avoid this, please follow the product size chart and details carefully to choose the right size for you. If a package is returned to our warehouse for destruction due to incorrect address or unclaimed, our only responsibility is to resend the package. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
- If the items you received are damaged or not correct, our costumer is not required to bear any shipping fee. Return and reshipping cost will be on us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
if not approved, you will have to bear the shipping cost for the product to be resent back to you.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
